We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Services Supervisor to oversee operations at Echo Entertainment Group.

Our premier resort is set to redefine hospitality, offering a blend of entertainment, luxury accommodations, and exceptional dining experiences.

As the Housekeeping Services Supervisor, you will report directly to the Assistant Housekeeping Manager and be responsible for managing daily cleaning operations, prioritizing guest privacy and security while ensuring an outstanding guest experience.

This role presents an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise and contribute to a transformative era in housekeeping.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure all pertinent guest information is communicated effectively among Team Members, including details on VIPs and special requests. Provide support and guidance to the team during busy periods. Conduct room inspections to guarantee compliance with hotel standards. Address guest concerns with a courteous and diplomatic approach. Monitor and report any maintenance issues as necessary.

Desired Qualifications

Proven leadership experience in a similar supervisory role. Background in a five-star hospitality environment. Familiarity with Property Management Systems, particularly Opera, is advantageous. Excellent communication skills coupled with strong computer proficiency.

You will possess substantial experience in a supervisory housekeeping capacity within a luxury hotel or integrated resort. Your track record should include enhancing operational efficiency, enriching guest experiences, and maintaining impeccable room standards. A collaborative spirit and a welcoming attitude are essential for thriving in our team-oriented environment.

As we transition to our new operations, your leadership will be crucial in guiding the team through this change. You will have a solid understanding of industry regulations and will incorporate these standards into your daily practices.
