We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Services Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team at Echo Entertainment Group.
Our luxurious resort, located in a prime entertainment precinct, is set to redefine guest experiences with an array of world-class amenities and services.
As the Housekeeping Services Supervisor, you will report directly to the Assistant Housekeeping Manager and will be responsible for managing daily cleaning operations while prioritizing guest privacy and security, ensuring that the guest experience remains exceptional.
This role presents an excellent opportunity for you to leverage your expertise and contribute to an exciting new chapter in housekeeping.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure all pertinent guest information is communicated effectively among team members, including details about VIPs and special requests. Provide support and guidance to the team during busy periods. Conduct room inspections to ensure compliance with hotel standards. Address guest concerns with a courteous and diplomatic approach. Monitor and report any maintenance issues as necessary.Desired Qualifications
Proven leadership experience in a similar supervisory role. Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment. Familiarity with Property Management Systems, particularly Opera, is preferred. Excellent communication skills and strong computer proficiency.About You
You will have a solid background in a supervisory housekeeping position within a luxury hotel or integrated resort. Your experience in enhancing operational efficiency, improving guest satisfaction, and maintaining impeccable room standards will be invaluable. You will possess a collaborative spirit and thrive in a team-oriented atmosphere.
As we transition to our new venue, your leadership will be essential in guiding the team through this change. You will have a comprehensive understanding of industry regulations and will integrate these standards into daily operations.
