Job Title: Caring Leadership Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to lead our team in providing therapeutic support services. As the leader, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and nurturing environment for children and young people with complex care needs.

The ideal candidate will have relevant management experience working with vulnerable populations. You will be responsible for providing support, supervision, and guidance to a team of professionals, ensuring they meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide regular supervision and support to team members, including implementing probation periods and annual performance reviews.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive induction programs for staff and assist with program induction.
  • Identify and facilitate ongoing training needs for team members, maintaining a training register.
  • Give guidance and support to ensure staff are meeting legislative and procedural requirements.
  • Manage work performance as needed, including investigating allegations and complaints.
