Job Summary

As a Wedding and Special Events Manager at The Ritz-Carlton, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional luxury experiences to our valued guests. This role requires a highly skilled and motivated individual who can manage all aspects of wedding and special events, from initial inquiries to event execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all wedding inquiries, sales, and event execution to ensure seamless delivery of luxury experiences.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure event logistics are well-planned and executed.
  • Monitor and analyze event sales performance to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Ensure timely and efficient communication with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel or luxury event sales.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of luxury hospitality industry trends and best practices.
