We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Luxury Sales Professional to join our team at Michael Hill's flagship store in Chadstone VIC 3148. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth through our unique product range.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized luxury service to clients, exceeding their expectations and cultivating long-lasting relationships.
- Contribute to enhancing team performance and cultivate a motivated culture within the store.
- Lead by example, acting as a role model to inspire fellow team members.
- Proficiency in Chinese language (Mandarin or Cantonese) is highly desirable, allowing you to effectively communicate with our diverse customer base.

- Proven ability to deliver results in a sales-driven and highly measured environment, with a strong understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Proficiency in Chinese language (Mandarin or Cantonese) is highly desirable, allowing you to effectively communicate with our diverse customer base.
Working the below roster, you will be enthusiastic and eager to showcase and sell the Michael Hill story through our beautifully crafted product. We are open to considering candidates who are seeking Permanent Part-Time (31 hours) or Permanent Full Time (38 hours) employment.
