Luxury Sales Professional

We are seeking an experienced luxury sales professional to join our team at a prestigious accessories brand in Melbourne's CBD.
About the Role:
- As a Luxury Client Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experiences to high-end clients.
- You will work closely with a small team to provide a thorough introduction to the business and product, and develop strong knowledge to relay information to clients.
- Key responsibilities include building long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
About You:
- Proven experience working in a Client Advisor role for high-end premium or luxury brands.
- Prior knowledge and willingness to develop skills relating to CRM and clienteling.
- Understanding of working with high-end clientele and excellent communication skills.
- Immaculate presentation and great customer service skills.
- A sales-driven mindset and a heavy interest in luxury accessories.
What We Offer:
- Base salary of $62,000 + Super.
- Commission structure based on individual and team target achievement.
- Amazing working hours, with the boutique open 10am-5pm Monday to Friday and 11am-5pm Saturday and Sunday.
