- Provide exceptional service by welcoming clients, answering queries, and managing appointments.
- Handle incoming phone calls, screen and direct calls, and take messages according to agreed protocols.
- Maintain effective communication with veterinary staff and clients.
- Perform invoicing, payment follow-ups, and insurance documentation.
- Manage client records and ensure accurate data entry into ezyVet software.
- Work closely with the Client Services Team to improve front-of-house operations and assist in training new team members.
- Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality in all interactions.
- Be familiar with veterinary/medical terminology and procedures.
We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Officer to join our team. Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting clients and providing exceptional customer service.
- Handling phone calls, taking messages, and directing clients to relevant personnel.
- Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring timely updates.
- Providing administrative support to the Client Services Team.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a reception or client service role.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills, practical problem-solving abilities, and a compassionate attitude towards animals and their owners.
- Competence in MS Office and familiarity with veterinary practice management software (ezyVet preferred).
