  • Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring timely updates.
  • Providing administrative support to the Client Services Team.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a reception or client service role.
  • Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills, practical problem-solving abilities, and a compassionate attitude towards animals and their owners.
  • Competence in MS Office and familiarity with veterinary practice management software (ezyVet preferred).
