Property Valuation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Valuation Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced valuation professionals who want to expand their skill set and take on new challenges.

  • Conduct thorough property valuations for insurance and financial reporting purposes, applying expertise in valuation methodologies and approaches.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Travel extensively to support client commitments, collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless project delivery.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • AAP accreditation with CPV certification.
  • 1-5 years of experience in performing valuations (post registration).
  • Familiarity with insurance and financial reporting valuations, though not essential.
  • A growth-oriented mindset, embracing opportunities for development within the organization.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, allowing effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Logical, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities, underpinning informed decision-making.
  • The ability to travel nationally and internationally, as well as work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
