This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of asset valuations, while also contributing expert insights to support the analysis of new acquisitions, developments, refurbishments, and major leasing transactions.
The Valuations Manager will oversee the valuation process across all assets under management, working closely with performance analysts and presenting valuation results to stakeholders.
This is a 15-month fixed term contract, full time position requiring attention to detail and strategic thinking.
Responsibilities:
- Leading the external valuation programme, including instructing consultant valuers and reviewing their reports.
- Coordinating the internal valuation programme and working closely with performance analysts.
- Maintaining property forecast models and supporting analysis of developments, transactions, and leasing deals.
- Advising on Asset Plans, Business Plans, and contributing to group initiatives and process improvements.
About You
- Tertiary qualification in Real Estate or Property discipline.
- 3 – 5 year CPV (Certified Practicing Valuer) accreditation.
- Strong understanding of investment-grade property markets.
- Experience with listed and unlisted property funds management.
