Asset Valuations Professional

The Asset Valuations Professional plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of asset valuations. This individual will oversee the valuation process across all assets under management, providing expert insights to support the analysis of new acquisitions, developments, refurbishments, and major leasing transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the external valuation programme, including instructing consultant valuers and reviewing their reports.
  • Coordinate the internal valuation programme and work closely with performance analysts.
  • Presentation of valuation results to stakeholders and provision of strategic insights.
  • Maintenance of property forecast models and support for analysis of developments, transactions, and leasing deals.
  • Advice on Asset Plans, Business Plans, and contribution to group initiatives and process improvements.
  • Benchmarking of market values and analysis of industry trends.

To be successful in this role, you will require strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience in real estate or property discipline is essential, as is a tertiary qualification in Real Estate or Property and accreditation as a Certified Practicing Valuer (CPV).
