Strategic Asset Valuation Expertise

This 15-month fixed term contract, full time position involves leading the external valuation programme, instructing consultant valuers, and reviewing their reports. The role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of asset valuations while contributing expert insights to support analysis of new acquisitions, developments, refurbishments, and major leasing transactions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the internal valuation programme, working closely with performance analysts, presenting valuation results to stakeholders, and providing strategic insights. This includes maintaining property forecast models and supporting analysis of developments, transactions, and leasing deals, as well as advising on Asset Plans, Business Plans, and contributing to group initiatives and process improvements.

About You

A tertiary qualification in Real Estate or Property discipline is essential. A strong understanding of investment-grade for retail property markets, experience with listed and unlisted property funds management, and skilled use of cash-flow modelling systems are highly desirable.
