Equipment Asset Valuation Specialist

This is a key role within the Equipment Management team, focused on delivering valued contributions to transactions and producing high-quality asset papers and reliable valuations.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactive risk management that meets regulatory and internal policy requirements
- Preparing current and forecast market valuations for various asset classes
- Validating external appraiser assumptions
- Providing technical and commercial advice on new asset classes
- Contributing to residual value portfolio management
- Analysing sector knowledge and providing insights papers
- Engaging with external appraisers and conducting site visits
- Valuation accreditation is required
- Technical knowledge of large ticket asset classes and industries is necessary
- A strong customer and compliance focus is essential
- Understanding of financing structures and risk management is crucial
- Solid numerical skills and proficiency in modelling current and future values are required
- Physical inspection of assets is necessary
- A minimum of 8-10 years of valuation experience is expected
