POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Full-Time Inventory Control Supervisor, you will collaborate closely with the Store Manager to oversee stock management processes within the retail environment. Your primary responsibility will be to manage stock administration and inventory oversight effectively.

During less busy periods, you will enhance the store's overall performance by driving sales productivity through exceptional customer engagement, achieving personal KPIs, and fulfilling operational duties.

The allocation of your time towards inventory responsibilities will vary between 50-100% based on the store's activity levels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee and direct the store and offsite inventory operations while maintaining stock quality standards Mentor and train Inventory Team Members within the store Assist in organizing and executing store transfers Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure clarity across all inventory-related processes Support the setup of store promotions and visual merchandising Deliver a genuine and memorable experience for every customer in alignment with the brand values Work cohesively within a team to meet both individual and store objectives Reduce stock loss by adhering to company loss prevention strategies Promote and comply with Company Health & Safety Policies and Procedures

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Experience in inventory control or management within a retail setting Ability to confidently engage with customers and drive sales Commitment to integrity and ethical practices Enjoyment of teamwork in a dynamic, fast-paced environment A proactive approach to problem-solving
