POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Full-Time Inventory Control Supervisor, you will collaborate closely with the Store Manager to oversee stock operations within the retail environment. Your primary responsibility will be to manage stock administration and inventory oversight effectively.

During quieter periods, you will play a vital role in enhancing the store's performance by driving sales through excellent customer engagement, achieving personal KPIs, and fulfilling operational duties.

The allocation of your time towards inventory responsibilities will vary between 50-100% based on the store's activity levels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee and direct the store and external stock operations while upholding stock standards Mentor and train Stock Team Members within the retail space Assist in the organization and execution of store transfers Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure clarity and transparency in all stock-related processes Support the setup of store promotions and visual merchandising initiatives Deliver a distinctive and memorable experience for every customer in alignment with the brand ethos Work cohesively within a team environment to meet both individual and store objectives Reduce stock loss by adhering to company loss prevention policies and protocols Promote and adhere to Company Health & Safety Policies and Procedures

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Experience in stock control or inventory management within a retail setting Confidence in engaging with customers and driving sales Commitment to integrity and ethical practices Enjoyment of teamwork in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Ability to focus on solutions when faced with challenges
