We are currently on the lookout for a skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join their team for a temporary assignment, with the potential for extension or permanent placement based on performance.

As a Warehouse Administrator, you will be instrumental in overseeing and improving our warehouse processes. Your role will involve utilizing SAP to manage sales orders, receive inventory, and collaborate with internal sales and warehouse personnel. Furthermore, you will address sales inquiries through various communication channels, ensuring effective dialogue and prompt resolution of any issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize SAP for processing sales orders and managing inventory
  • Receive and document incoming finished goods
  • Collaborate with internal sales and warehouse teams
  • Respond to and resolve sales inquiries via phone and email
  • Maintain accuracy and efficiency in all administrative functions

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience with SAP from a warehouse operational perspective is essential
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities
  • Capability to thrive in a dynamic work environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude

Working Hours:

  • Standard shifts are typically from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, including a 30-minute lunch break
  • Flexibility in shift timings may be necessary based on team requirements
