Construction Management Expert

The Contracts Manager plays a pivotal role in the seamless execution of construction projects. They leverage expertise in contract management, construction, and legal insights to achieve client satisfaction.

A deep understanding of project deliverables and effective client management are crucial for success in this role.

Proficient management of subcontractors and suppliers fosters a collaborative and efficient project environment.

  • Collaborate with Project Managers on financial activities
  • Review Bill of Quantities including agreed Value Management Items and set up project budgets
  • Implement and maintain financial tools

Financial reporting, progress claims, and payment administration are critical aspects of this position.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or Project Management, and a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the commercial construction industry.

Experience in large-scale construction projects and successfully negotiating complex contracts is essential.
