Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and deliver structural building projects from concept to completion.
  • Liaise with internal teams, external architects, clients, and contractors.
  • Develop detailed designs, calculations, and documentation in support of project objectives.
  • Execute project design, detailed calculations, documentation, and contract administration.
  • Attend project design meetings and site inspections.
  • Contribute to the development of the Structural team and embody our company culture.

Requirements:

  • Strong educational foundation in Structural Engineering.
  • Proven experience in structural design, preferably in an engineering consultancy.
  • Thorough knowledge of the Building Code of Australia and relevant Australian Standards.
  • Proficiency in structural software, including RAM Concept, SpaceGass, and ETABS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
