Job Title: HR Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to support our client's busy Human Resources department during a peak period.

This is a generalist HR role who is comfortable providing expert advice and guidance on a wide range of human resources matters.

About the Role:
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for leaders and employees, offering consistent and appropriate advice on various HR matters.
  • Lead and participate in high-level and often complex negotiations related to employee and industrial relations.
  • Manage a variety of recruitment, selection, and appointment processes.
  • Conduct comprehensive workplace investigations.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to leaders.
  • Assist with the resolution of employee grievances.
  • Collaborate on hospital committees and projects.
  • Produce reports and analyse HR data to inform decisions.
  • Play a proactive role in continuous improvement within the HR department.
Requirements:
  • A tertiary qualification in human resource management or a related field.
  • Exceptional report writing and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to interpret workforce data and use it to recommend strategies and initiatives.
  • A proven capacity to identify and implement effective HR solutions to improve organisational performance.
