Customer Service Reviewer
The opportunity exists to work as a customer service reviewer, visiting retail outlets and reporting back on the store presentation, service, selling skills, cleanliness etc. This role involves posing as a customer whilst making detailed observations about your experience, then completing a survey online about the experience.

This is an excellent chance for individuals who have an eye for detail and a good memory, are reliable, have great communication skills, and access to the internet.

Available opportunities will depend on your availability, ability to successfully complete the tasks, location, willingness to travel, flexibility and reliability. Surveys can take from 10 minutes to 1 hour to complete.

This work offers a unique opportunity to provide valuable feedback to clients, working with some of Australia and New Zealand's leading retail brands.

About the Role:
- Poses as a customer in retail stores
- Makes detailed observations about the store presentation, service, selling skills, and cleanliness
- Completes surveys online about the experience
