Job Title
Country Road Store Experience Reviewer
As a Country Road Store Experience Reviewer, you will play a pivotal role in helping us deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for visiting our retail outlets and reporting back on the store presentation, service, selling skills, cleanliness etc.

As a Country Road Store Experience Reviewer, your key responsibilities will include:
• Visiting our retail outlets and making detailed observations about your experience
• Completing surveys online about your experience
• Identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations
• Collaborating with our team to implement changes and improve our customer experience
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting metrics
