About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at Elme Living. As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building client relationships, and representing our brand in the B2B homewares market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to exceed sales targets and identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with retailers, wholesalers, and designers, ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.
  • Represent Elme Living at trade shows and industry events, showcasing our latest collections and securing new business.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven success in B2B field sales or business development, ideally in homewares, furniture, or wholesale.
  • Strong industry connections and the ability to identify, engage, and convert new clients.
  • Exceptional negotiation & relationship-building skills – you know how to close deals and keep customers coming back.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently while managing multiple accounts.
