We are seeking a skilled Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at Elme Living. As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building client relationships, and representing our brand in the B2B homewares market.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic business plans to exceed sales targets and identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with retailers, wholesalers, and designers, ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.
- Represent Elme Living at trade shows and industry events, showcasing our latest collections and securing new business.
What We're Looking For
- Proven success in B2B field sales or business development, ideally in homewares, furniture, or wholesale.
- Strong industry connections and the ability to identify, engage, and convert new clients.
- Exceptional negotiation & relationship-building skills – you know how to close deals and keep customers coming back.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently while managing multiple accounts.
