We are looking for a talented Sales Growth Specialist to join our team and contribute to our growth across Australia. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of full-cycle sales experience and a proven track record of success.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, including prospecting, lead qualification, needs analysis, product demonstrations, and closing deals. You will also need to develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth within the SMB territory.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 1-2 years full cycle sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience of selling in the health, HR-tech, or health-tech space would be an advantage.
  • SaaS experience is also highly desirable.
  • Experience of MEDDPICC (or similar methodology) would be beneficial.
