Freight Forwarding Services Representative

Based in Sydney's South/West, we are seeking to recruit a Customer Service professional to manage a diverse portfolio of clients.
This role is open to experienced Customer Service professionals looking for a change or next challenge in a dedicated customer service role. You must have international freight forwarding experience in order to be considered for this role.
Key Responsibilities include:
P/O management
Shipment tracking
Status reports
Handling general customer enquiries and query resolution
Liaising with overseas offices, internal departments, vendors and clients
Providing operational support as required
Requirements:
International freight forwarding customer service experience essential
Cargowise experience highly desired
Excellent communication skills written and oral
Willingness to learn and contribute to team outcomes
Ability to prioritise and follow through
Attention to detail
