About the Role
The Sponsor Monitoring Supervisor position is a critical role within the department's operations. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supervising and leading a team of staff who undertake sponsor monitoring activities, visa pre-decision verification checks and associated case management responsibilities. This includes conducting site visits, interviewing clients, and managing high-tempo compliance monitoring caseloads.
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a salary of $84,335 - $99,779 per annum, plus 15.4% superannuation. In addition to a competitive salary, the department offers flexible working conditions, including part-time pro-rata arrangements, and opportunities for career advancement.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of staff undertaking sponsor monitoring activities
- Conduct site visits and interviews with clients
- Manage high-tempo compliance monitoring caseloads
- Prepare complex recommendation reports
- Draft and issue notices of intent to take action and infringement notices
