About the Role
We are seeking a Support Worker Multi Skilled to join our team in Safety Bay and surrounding areas. The purpose of this role is to provide tailored person-centered services and activities to support seniors and NDIS customers to remain in their homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Work alongside customers with varying support needs to provide domestic assistance services.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers, their families, carers, community agencies, and other professionals.
- Provide person-centered services and activities of the customer's choice.
- Work independently and as part of a team to ensure the safety and well-being of customers.
- Possess a Certificate III Individual Support - Aged Care or Disability, or other relevant qualification.
- Have experience working with seniors, people on the mental health recovery journey, and those living with disability.
- Hold a current Australian Drivers Licence with no restrictions and a reliable, roadworthy motor vehicle.
- Hold a Comprehensive motor vehicle insurance and registration.
- Have a current First Aid Certificate with 12 months or less currency.
- Hold an NDIS Worker Screening Check (or be willing to apply for one prior to commencing employment).
Requirements
- Certificate III Individual Support - Aged Care or Disability, or other relevant qualification.
- Experience working with seniors, people on the mental health recovery journey, and those living with disability.
