Job Summary
We are seeking a Support Professional to join our team in Safety Bay and surrounding areas. The purpose of this role is to support seniors and NDIS customers to remain in their homes. You will work alongside customers with varying support needs to provide tailored person-centered services and activities of their choice.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide domestic assistance services to customers in their homes
- Work independently and as part of a team to deliver person-centered services
- Communicate effectively with customers, their families, carers, community agencies, and other professionals
- Ensure the safety and well-being of yourself and your customers
- Hold a current Australian Drivers Licence with no restrictions and a reliable, roadworthy motor vehicle
Requirements
- Certificate III Individual Support - Aged Care or Disability, or other relevant qualification
- Experience working with seniors, people on the mental health recovery journey, and those living with disability
- Great communication skills and a proactive approach to customer care
