Job Title: Commercial Site ManagerAbout the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-end commercial builds with a reputable developer-builder. As a Commercial Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end site delivery of architecturally designed commercial facilities.

You will oversee subcontractors, suppliers, programs, and quality control on site, working closely with internal design, construction, and development teams to bring resort precincts to life. Ensure site safety, compliance, and smooth coordination of all on-site trades and works.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end site delivery of architecturally designed commercial facilities
  • Oversight of subcontractors, suppliers, programs, and quality control on site
  • Collaboration with internal design, construction, and development teams

Requirements:

We are seeking a hands-on, solutions-focused site leader with strong commercial construction experience. You should thrive in fast-paced, high-quality environments and know how to drive programs to completion.

A solid understanding of QLD building codes, WHS, and relevant regulations is essential.
