The Opportunities
We have an excellent opportunity for a permanent Junior Site supervisor and Night Shift Site Supervisor to join our McIlwain family in our south east corner road projects.

Successful applicant for the Night Shift Supervisor will require the following:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a supervisory site role
- Certificate IV in Civil Construction, Road Construction or Plant (preferred)
- Organise and allocate tasks for all staff members in the Site Supervisor’s crews.
- Organise and direct resources required to construct the works.
- Liaise and co-ordinate with the Project Manager/Senior Supervisor/Construction Manager about overall project requirements.
- Supervisor must ensure that all active tasks have a relevant and complete Pre task assessment
- Plan and organise timely provision of resources for the works completion
- Assess subcontract works and materials supplies.
- Plan about resources and program milestones and targets.
- Be willing to work nightshifts
