Resort Facility Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Resort Facility Manager to oversee the delivery of our luxury resort precincts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of site delivery, including quality control, subcontractor management, and compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end site delivery of architecturally designed commercial facilities
  • Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, programs, and quality control on site
  • Work closely with internal design, construction, and development teams to bring resort precincts to life
  • Ensure site safety, compliance, and smooth coordination of all on-site trades and works
  • Report on progress and potential risks, while leading site meetings and inspections

Requirements:

  • A hands-on, solutions-focused leader with strong commercial construction experience
  • Someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-quality environments and knows how to drive projects to completion
  • Experience working on resort, hospitality, or public-use buildings highly regarded
  • Solid understanding of building codes, WHS, and relevant regulations
