The Opportunities
We have an excellent opportunity for a permanent Junior Site supervisor and Night Shift Site Supervisor to join our McIlwain family in our south east corner road projects.

Successful applicant for the Junior Supervisor will require the following:

- Certificate IV in Civil Construction, Road Construction or Plant (preferred)
- Proven experience in Road and Earthworks
- Ability to supervise work zone
- Implementing quality control techniques
- Planning and Allocating tasks and activities as required.
- Planning complex construction sequencing
- Roller Ticket
- 2-3 years experience in roadwork projects as a leading hand/foreman
