Key Account Manager

The Key Account Manager is responsible for driving sales and increasing market share within IVF clinics. They implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed overall sales targets and develop productive relationships with all IVF clinics in the territory.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive Sales & Growth:
    • Develops and implements sales plans to increase Organon Fertility products' market share.
    • Establishes strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Compliance & Governance:
    • Ensures all sales activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
    • Adheres to internal policies and procedures when conducting business.
  • Teamwork & Collaboration:
    • Provides regular feedback on market trends and competitor activity.
    • Works closely with the Fertility sales team to achieve common goals.
  • Achievement of Annual Targets:
    • Meets or exceeds agreed sales budgets per promoted product/s.
    • Targets, frequency, and reach objectives are consistently met.
