Requirements and Qualifications

  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the earthmoving and construction industries, allowing for effective sales penetration into target markets.
  • New Business Identification: Proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on high-value projects and tenders.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking skills, with experience in budgeting, sales forecasting, and developing business strategies.
  • Travel Requirements: Ability to travel as required to engage with clients and business partners.
  • Citizenship or Residency: Valid driver's license and either Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
