About the Role:

The Property Portfolio Specialist is responsible for maintaining professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective underwriting within established guidelines and authority levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Underwrite new and existing business: Ensure timely and accurate underwriting of new and existing business within established guidelines and authority levels.
  • Maintain documentation: Maintain accurate and complete documentation conforming to organizational guidelines.
  • Maximize opportunities: Maximize underwriting opportunities, minimize expenses, and achieve operations targets.
  • Collaborate on future product development: Collaborate on future product development and identify cross-sell opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills:
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team:
  • Proficient in underwriting principles and practices:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in underwriting:
