Job Title: Property Underwriting Expert

We are seeking an experienced Property Underwriter to join our Technical and Business Performance area.

The role involves dealing with schemes and facilities, providing technical input, and supporting broader business initiatives as a Property Underwriter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply expertise to drive change in scheme and facilities business.
  • B uild relationships with customers, agents, and internal stakeholders.
  • Support strategy development and share best practices.
  • Monitor underwriting quality.
  • Maintain knowledge of legislation and compliance standards.
  • Provide training to enhance agent knowledge and value proposition.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects to add organizational value.

About You:

  • Insurance professional with proven Property Underwriting experience.
  • Commercial background advantageous.
  • F lexibility to manage changing portfolio.
  • Strong relationship skills with brokers and clients.
  • Broad understanding of Property underwriting.
  • Knowledge of market conditions relevant to your portfolio.
  • Excellent communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Interest in data analytics and applying insights to business decisions.
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple locations in national team.
