Partnerships Marketing Manager

We're seeking a strategic and innovative marketing professional to lead our veterinary partnerships marketing efforts. This pivotal role will play a key part in shaping our engagement with the veterinary community, ensuring our communications resonate with professionals while staying aligned to our broader brand.

The Partnerships Marketing Manager will report into the Brand Director, with a dotted line into the VP of Partnerships, and work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute our veterinary partnerships marketing strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive veterinary partnerships marketing strategy, ensuring strong alignment with business priorities and overall brand positioning.
  • Translate market and customer insights into a compelling veterinary value proposition and develop a messaging framework that balances brand storytelling with the technical depth needed to build trust and understanding.
  • Collaborate with Customer Experience (CX) and Business Development Managers (BDMs) to conduct and analyze qualitative and quantitative research, gathering insights from veterinarians and clinic staff to inform content and campaign development.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to research and distill technical insights into clear, impactful messaging.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of marketing experience in a medical, healthcare, nutrition, veterinarian or other evidence-based field.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with technical experts, demonstrating confidence in understanding and contributing to technical discussions.
  • Experience distilling complex scientific, clinical, or nutritional information into clear, authoritative marketing communications.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, own, and manage marketing calendars with alignment to broader business and brand objectives.
  • Ability to collaborate and write clear briefs for creative and design teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working cross-functionally across commercial and technical teams.
