The role of Chief Sales Strategist is critical in driving sales excellence across the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, developing and implementing strategic sales plans that align with business objectives.

To be successful in this role, the individual must have a proven track record of sales leadership, with expertise in sales strategy development, team management, and stakeholder engagement. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and sales excellence.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clinicians, procurement teams, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Track and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address these gaps.
  • Communicate targeted results to key stakeholders through regular reports and updates.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Science, or a related area.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience working in Commercial or Sales/Marketing functions in healthcare.
  • Excellent understanding of the local healthcare market and established networks.
  • At least 2 years of people leadership experience with global, matrixed reporting lines.
  • Prior experience leading professional education and Key Opinion Leader strategic plans.
  • Strong record of sales performance and success.
