Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Chief Revenue Growth Strategist to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for establishing and growing business relationships with clients to unlock their full potential.

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual to work with a high degree of autonomy on their day-to-day schedule, while also enjoying the support of a strong team network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic sales plans, establish goals and objectives, set performance targets, and deliver projects on time.
  • Establish effective communication with senior management, providing market intelligence on a regular basis and understanding of competitor strengths, weaknesses, and ongoing sales activities.
  • Assist in developing sales strategies across market segments and implement and monitor effectiveness of same.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with third-party partners.

Additional responsibilities include participating and representing the company at key industry/trade events to ensure an appropriate return on investment and maintaining existing customer bases to ensure their business is retained by building and developing relationships.

Requirements:
  • Strong business acumen, influencing ability, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent presentation, commercial, and communication skills.
  • A genuine passion and motivation for the hospitality industry.
  • Experience with a variety of market segments, including corporate and government.
