As the Senior Learning Development Professional, you will lead a team in designing and implementing training programs for field services teams across Australia. Reporting to an Executive Manager, you will create learning content, facilitate workshops, and collaborate with experts to address learning needs. Your leadership will drive professional growth and contribute to success.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in digital learning, online content, and customer service soft skills training.
- Ability to leverage technology for effective learning.
