Job Description:

Serve our guests with flair and professionalism, ensuring their requests are quickly and efficiently achieved. Provide personalized service and achieve the 'Essence of Pleasure'.

Embody the art of French hospitality through a 'can-do' attitude. Perform tasks within a timely manner and maintain cleanliness in working areas.

Assist other departments, maintain good working relationships, and assist senior chefs with menu preparation and supplies. Ensure all service and brand standards are met while on shift.

Requirements:

  • Qualification in Commercial Cookery.
  • 1-2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Professional appearance representing Sofitel's brand.
  • Ability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Genuine passion for gastronomy and creating memorable dining experiences.
  • Working understanding of food safety standards and HACCP.
  • Previous experience in high-volume kitchens.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Additional Information:
