Job Description:

As a Family Strengthening Specialist, you will work closely with families to identify and address the underlying issues that hinder their ability to thrive. You will develop and implement personalized plans to support parents and caregivers in creating a safe and nurturing environment for their children. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of family situations to identify areas requiring intervention and support.

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with families, fostering trust and open communication.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree qualification in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Significant experience working with vulnerable populations, including child protection and family welfare.
  • Demonstrated expertise in risk assessment, planning, and intervention strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
