Family Support Specialist

As a seasoned Family Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality and excellence of services across Children, Youth and Family programs.

Expertise is required to provide guidance on complex cases, identify potential risks, and support staff through reflective practice, case reviews, secondary consultations, and training.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Extensive experience working with children and young people impacted by complex trauma, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

  • A proven track record in coaching and developing staff, leading reflective practice, facilitating training, and providing case consultations.
  • The ability to extract valuable insights from practice data, identify trends, and recommend improvements at individual, team, and system levels.
