About the Role

The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise across Workday modules including Core HCM, Time & Leave, Talent, Learning, Peakon, and Integrations. You will play a pivotal role in delivering seamless digital experiences, driving process transformation, and collaborating across agile teams to ensure scalable, people-centered solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Workday experience is mandatory – candidates must demonstrate hands-on expertise in Workday modules, configuration, and project delivery within a fast-paced environment.
  • Extensive experience in Workday implementations or post-merger integrations, ideally within high-growth or complex environments.
  • Hands-on approach to system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting — you're secure navigating the platform and solving problems directly.
  • Proven track record of successful system rollouts, stakeholder engagement, and process transformation.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business teams to build clarity and trust.
Key Accountabilities

As our Workday Senior Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Unifying teams into a single Workday tenant, creating a scalable and consistent experience for all employees.
  • Delivering the Workday experience for new teams by planning, reflecting, and executing data and process transitions with precision.
  • Acting as a functional expert across Workday Core HCM, Time Tracking, Absence, Talent, Learning, and Recruitment — ensuring we maximise the platform's potential.
  • Configuring, testing, troubleshooting, and enhancing Workday modules directly — using your expertise to drive continuous improvement.
