Job Description

We are seeking a Digital Transformation Expert to lead client engagement across Queensland and the Northern Territory, guiding government and public safety agencies through digital transformation journeys that save lives and enhance community resilience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shape strategic outcomes by engaging and influencing ministerial and C-suite stakeholders to modernise mission-critical communications and associated technologies designed to keep first responders safe and improve community outcomes.
  • Drive digital transformation by leading customers from legacy platforms toward integrated solutions, including next-generation radio, cloud-based command and AI-powered analytics.
  • Navigate complex deals by managing multi-year initiatives, tender processes, and navigating complex procurement environments with precision and trust.
  • Collaborate for impact by working closely with channel sales partners, pre-sales experts, delivery teams, and systems integrators to deliver seamless, high-stakes projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven track record in strategic sales to public sector, preferably with a focus on emergency services, public safety, and critical infrastructure.
  • Expertise in solution selling and building trusted relationships at an executive level.
  • High emotional intelligence, political astuteness, and comfort operating in sensitive, high-visibility contexts.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Miller Heiman, TAS, or equivalent.
  • A commercial mindset with an ability to align business outcomes to public value.
