We are seeking a seasoned expert to join our team as a Solutions Architect. As a Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with clients and internal teams to craft innovative solutions that seamlessly integrate technology, hardware, software, technical services, and ongoing support.

This position demands an individual with exceptional technical expertise in networking systems and platform deployment. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Utilizing your extensive knowledge of technical networking systems and platform deployment to provide presales solution architecture capabilities
  • Working closely with sales teams to generate demand for modernizing data networking through campus, branch, SDWAN / WAN edge, and datacenter / cloud connectivity
  • Transforming customer requirements and proactive suggestions into costed, scoped professional services statements of work and bills of hardware and software materials
  • Developing project execution plans in collaboration with NTTD project managers and technical consultants/delivery engineers to ensure accuracy in professional services estimates
  • Promoting NTTD branded support services attachment to OEM vendor hardware and software
  • Serving as a trusted advisor to customer counterparts
  • Maintaining close ties with key vendor counterparts to stay abreast of the latest networking technology developments and sharing these advancements directly with customer counterparts

Qualifications and Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or business, or a related field
  • Certification and working knowledge of enterprise architecture methodologies, such as TOGAF, Zachman, SOA, ITIL, COBIT, etc.
  • Vendor certifications like Cisco CCxx, Aruba Certified X, Juniper Certified X, etc.
  • Safe Scaled Agile certification is advantageous

Required Experience

  • Advanced professional experience in technical design, deployment, change implementation, testing, and day-to-day management of data networking infrastructure and associated control platforms
  • Advanced project or program management experience would be beneficial but is not essential
  • Advanced client engagement and consulting experience coupled with solid experience in client needs assessment and change management
  • Advanced experience in integrating solutions with business domains, enterprise concerns, industry standards, established patterns, and best practices
  • Advanced experience working in agile development environments
  • Advanced experience in developing, selling, and delivering technical solutions
