Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated professional to support the smooth operation and ongoing success of our school. This is a permanent, full-time position with immediate start availability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead administrative tasks and support the principal with confidential correspondence, calendar management, and school operations.
  • Manage financial activities such as budgeting, accounts payable/receivable, and procurement.
  • Coordinate enrolment processes, family and community engagement, and school events.
  • Oversee staff administration, WHS compliance, visitor protocols, and office systems.
  • Ensure compliance with Catholic Education policies and governance requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills.
  • Experience in administrative roles and financial management.
  • A commitment to Catholic values and fostering a positive school environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Certificate III, IV or Diploma in Business (Administration) or equivalent.
