We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative, financial, and operational support to ensure the effective running of the school.
Job SummaryThe Office Manager will be the first point of contact for parents, staff, and visitors, and will be responsible for managing front desk operations, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to students, parents, and staff.
- Manage school finances, including budgeting, accounts payable/receivable, and procurement.
- Coordinate enrolment processes, family and community engagement, and school events.
- Oversee staff administration, WHS compliance, visitor protocols, and office systems.
- Ensure compliance with Catholic Education policies and governance requirements.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Experience in school administration and financial management.
- A commitment to Catholic values and fostering a positive school environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certificate III, IV or Diploma in Business (Administration) or equivalent.
