Job Role Overview

\

The Site Administrator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of the Water Treatment Facility. This position combines financial management, procurement coordination, maintenance oversight and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Manage site financial controls including budget forecasting and month-end reporting.\
  • Coordinate procurement processes including quotations, service agreements and stock management.\
  • Process invoices and manage purchase orders through SAP and VAMS.\
  • Oversee the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).\
  • Manage timesheet tracking and payroll administration.\
  • Drive continuous improvement of administrative processes.\
  • Maintain documentation and quality assurance requirements.\
  • Coordinate training, inductions and special events.\
  • Manage contractor/visitor coordination and site access.\
  • Support the preparation of monthly reports and presentations.\
  • Assist with minor capital work projects.\

Requirements:

  • Experience in office administration or purchasing.\
  • Excellent organisational and communication abilities.\
  • Experience with maintenance management systems (CMMS).\
