Job Overview: As a highly skilled administrative professional, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient day-to-day operations of our water treatment facility. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as experience in office administration or purchasing.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage financial controls, including budget forecasting and month-end reporting.
- Coordinate procurement processes, including quotations, service agreements, and stock management.
- Process invoices and manage purchase orders through SAP and VAMS systems.
- Oversee the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to ensure smooth site operations.
- Manage timesheet tracking and payroll administration.
- Drive continuous improvement of administrative processes.
- Maintain site documentation and quality assurance requirements.
- Coordinate site training, inductions, and special events.
- Manage contractor/visitor coordination and site access.
- Support the preparation of monthly reports and presentations.
- Assist with minor capital work projects.
Requirements:
- Experience in office administration or purchasing.
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
- Experience with maintenance management systems (CMMS).
