About the Role
Precruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join our team in Palm Cove, QLD.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the kitchen operations, managing food preparation, and selecting dishes to serve.
- Accommodate guest requests and assist in prep work, such as vegetable chopping.
- Select ingredients and design menus based on seasonal availability.
- Implement food safety best practices and ensure adherence among kitchen staff.
- Quality check all food items before serving.
Requirements
- Relevant Diploma Qualification and at least 2 years of experience in the position.
- Strong teamwork and individual task management skills.
- Knowledge of food-related curriculum and training techniques.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer
Annual salary of $70,000 - $80,000 based on experience.
