TAK Communications, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Regional Vice President of Construction to lead our construction operations in the North-East Region.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement regional strategies to achieve organizational goals, drive strategic growth, and operational excellence.
  2. Project Management: Oversee all construction projects within the region, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.
  3. Financial Management: Develop and manage regional budgets, monitor financial performance, and provide financial reports to track progress.
  4. Customer Relationship Management: Provide top-level customer relationship management, ensuring client expectations are met and exceeded throughout the construction process.
  5. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor regional teams to foster a culture of safety, quality, and innovation, and ensure all regional construction activities comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
Requirements
  1. 10+ years of experience in telecommunications construction, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  3. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects in the telecommunications industry.
  4. Strong financial acumen, with experience in budget management and cost control.
  5. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to travel frequently within the region as required.
