Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement regional strategies to achieve organizational goals, drive strategic growth, and operational excellence.
- Project Management: Oversee all construction projects within the region, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage regional budgets, monitor financial performance, and provide financial reports to track progress.
- Customer Relationship Management: Provide top-level customer relationship management, ensuring client expectations are met and exceeded throughout the construction process.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor regional teams to foster a culture of safety, quality, and innovation, and ensure all regional construction activities comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
- 10+ years of experience in telecommunications construction, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects in the telecommunications industry.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in budget management and cost control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel frequently within the region as required.
